Laziness started to grow
Sequence 5 (Skipped Sirsasana and Salamba Savangasana)
Time Duration: 1 Hour
Pose:
Tadasana (baddhaguliyasana and urdva hastasana, urdva namaskara,gomukhasana)
Observation:
I had new feeling about my legs and feet after few days of practice. The problem of inner feet keep falling down improved since I started to spread apart the buttock (it used to automatically squeezing inward).
Pose:
Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana 2, Parsvakonasana
Observation:
I realized left side (left leg turning out 90 degree) is harder to push my left buttock forward, Again I increase the height of my torso to allow my left buttock push forward.
Pose:
Virabhadrasana 1 and Parsvotanasana
Observation:
I had better control of the back leg, hip become easier to rotate forward.
