I have to be honest. I didn't practice the sequence well.
I dreamed of someone who have left for four years last night.
I felt mentally tired. I made myself start practice Sequence 7, but it turned out I took a bolster and a blanket and started few restorative yoga asana.
Then I made another time to start my practice on the same day. I first started sequence 7, after Virabhadrasana 2, I was unable to continue the sequence. I just felt like doing Uttanasana and Urdva mukha uttanasana. I was happy and energetic after these. then I did Salamba savangasana with wall and savasana to end my practice.
I think something happen in my mind. Every time when I have some time to meditate, I will start yawning frequently, it is like all the tiredness come out when I relax my mind. But I am wondering what I have been holding in my daily life.
